Atlas Immune Optimization is designed for clients who already have a clear interest in taking immune health further. The program begins within a public-hospital clinical system with required clinical screening, followed by a Precision Immune Assessment that looks beyond immune-cell counts into composition, functional activity and cytokine signaling. Telomere length, mitochondrial function and oxidative stress add a separate cellular-health reference. Atlas Immune Optimization does not begin with selecting an option. It begins by establishing the client’s required clinical foundation, the current immune picture and a cellular-health reference that can support physician judgment and later comparison.Atlas 免疫优化方案不是从选择某个方案开始，而是先建立三层基础：

Immune-cell counts are only one layer免疫细胞数量只是其中一层
Precision Immune Assessment looks across immune-cell composition and subpopulations, functional activity such as NK Cell Activity, and cytokine signaling including IL-6 and TNF-α. These layers answer different questions. The value is understanding them together rather than treating any one result as “the immune system”.免疫精准评估同时观察免疫细胞构成与亚群、NK Cell Activity 等功能表现，以及包括 IL-6、TNF-α 在内的 cytokine 信号环境。这些层面回答的是不同问题。真正的价值，是把它们放在一起理解，而不是用任何一个指标代表整个免疫系统。

Required screening includes complete blood count, infection screening, liver and kidney function, coagulation and selected tumor-related blood markers. These results help hospital physicians understand whether there are clinical issues that need clarification before anything goes further. Telomere length, mitochondrial function and oxidative stress provide selected reference points about cellular health. They do not replace immune assessment, and they are not a single biological-age score.端粒长度、线粒体功能和氧化应激提供选定的细胞健康参照。它们不能替代免疫评估，也不是一个单一的“生物年龄”分数。

Clients may later want to know whether their immune or cellular-health findings have changed. Without measurements taken beforehand, later judgment relies much more on memory and subjective feeling.客户未来可能会关心免疫或细胞健康结果是否发生变化。如果开始前没有留下数据，后续判断会更多依赖记忆和主观感受。
Atlas therefore records selected baseline information before the client proceeds. Where further medical evaluation is required, hospital physicians continue the assessment. If a client chooses to proceed with a personalized health-enhancement option, the related medical evaluation and delivery remain subject to the clinical requirements of the treating hospital and medical team.如果评估结果需要进一步医学判断，由医院医生继续评估；如客户选择进一步的个性化健康提升方案，相关医学评估和医疗实施同样按照承接医院及医疗团队的临床要求进行。
